This privacy policy is provided by Hendrik Adons, the developer of Everlume (referred to as "we," "us," or "our" in this policy). Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains how Everlume, our iOS app for storing memories of persons and pets, collects, uses, and protects your information.

When you use Everlume to store memories of persons and pets, Everlume collects the following information that you provide. This information is stored in your personal iCloud account and is not shared with us or any third parties:

• Personal Content: Names of people and pets, photos and images, written notes and descriptions
• Messages: Text messages and drawings you create to send to persons or pets
• Memory Stickers: Location information you choose to associate with memories, music names and album artwork, your own drawings and artwork
• User-Generated Content: Any other personal content you add to create and customize your memory collections

Apple may also automatically collect pseudonymous technical information through iOS:

• Device Information: Basic device and app information that iOS may provide, such as device type and app performance data
• Usage Information: Information about how you interact with the app to help us improve your experience

We use the information you provide to:

• Provide App Functionality: Store and display your memories, photos, messages, and personal content
• Sync Across Devices: Your data is stored in your personal iCloud account to sync your memories across your Apple devices
• Maintain Your Experience: Preserve your memory collections and personal content as you've organized them

Your personal data is stored in your own iCloud account. This means:

• Your memories, photos, and personal content remain in your personal Apple iCloud storage
• We do not have access to your personal iCloud data
• Your data syncs across your Apple devices signed into the same iCloud account
• Apple's iCloud privacy and security policies apply to your stored data

We do not share, sell, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your data remains private and is only stored in your personal iCloud account. The only data sharing that occurs is:

• iCloud Storage: Your personal data is stored in your own Apple iCloud account for syncing across your devices
• No Third-Party Sharing: We do not share your memories, photos, messages, or any personal content with advertisers, analytics companies, or other third parties
• No Data Sale: We never sell your personal information to anyone

We may only disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights, but this does not apply to your personal memories and content stored in iCloud.

Your data security is handled through Apple's iCloud infrastructure:

• iCloud Security: Your data benefits from Apple's industry-standard security measures and encryption
• Device Security: Data stored locally on your device is protected by your device's security features
• No External Access: Since we don't store your personal data on our servers, we cannot access your memories and personal content

You have control over your data:

• Delete Content: You can delete individual stickers, messages, and memories within the app
• iCloud Storage: Your data remains in your iCloud account even if you delete the app. To completely remove your data, you'll need to manage it through your iCloud settings
• Data Portability: Currently, the app does not provide a data export feature
• iCloud Control: You can manage your iCloud storage and Everlume data through your device's iCloud settings
